The 2023er Goldtröpfchen Kabinett, as it is referred to on the red and silver front label, was made from grapes pressed with an old basket press and fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar. It offers a comparatively reserved yet refined and finely aromatic nose of white almond, vineyard peach, blueberry, rose, plum, may tree, and candied lime. The wine combines juicy richness and beautiful zesty elements, so that the balance is incredibly playful. The finish is tight, playful, and pure. This is a great, playful Goldtröpfchen Kabinett.
