100% Pinot Noir from Bullayer Brautrock. Southwest-facing, mix of slate and clay soil. 25% whole cluster and 75% hand destemmed, pressed after 14 days before the wine was totally dry. Finished fermentation in barrel with  a total of 18 months in 225L used French oak barrels. Only 565 bottles produced. This is called “Little Heart” because it will eventually come from the Briedeler Herzchen, the vineyard name meaning “Heart”.
