Müller-RuprechtPet-Nat Red (750ml)

All the wines are made of 100% estate fruit, harvested by hand. The estate gave up using pesticides/herbicides in 2006 and instead fights weeds mechanically. Since 2020 they are in the process of becoming certified Organic to hand over their vineyards in best conditions to their sons.

The Pet Nat Red is 100% old vine Dornfelder. Carbonic Maceration for 8 days in stainless then bottled during the tail end of fermentation to create the delicate fizz. Philipp is loves to refer to this wine in the cellar as “vampire soda”, 9.5% alcohol.
